Live Arrival (provided your temperatures are between 40-90 degrees F), Satisfaction, 7 day health on all lizards, and 30 day health on all snakes and tortoises. Our facilities are clean and our animals are parasite free, and each individual animal in our care is guaranteed to have been housed and fed properly.

 

If there are any problems with your animal you have received, you must let us know IMMEDIATELY as soon as the problem is noticed or the animal is somehow not to your satisfaction. We will be more than happy to refund your money or send a replacement animal provided it is our error and not yours.

 

DOA animals must have immediate photographic proof in order to verify.

 

We have been selling reptiles commercially for over 5 years now. We have shipped under the best and worst of conditions and rarely ever have an animal die during the shipping process.

 

We will provide a tracking number as soon as We process your package, and use FEDEX PRIORITY overnight (guaranteed by 10:30 am unless you're in a rural area) for shipping; though for many hardy animals USPS is sufficient. For most small herps, this service costs 40-50$ (depending on weight).
